What else is good for my skin?

2. Getting enough sleep: Good sleep hygiene ensures you consistently enjoy higher quality of life.  The moment the body is rested, the skin and mind has less to do.  Your body energies and good skin and body build is achieved if one sleeps when he ought to and get enough  of it.
3. Eating a healthy diet: At the risk of sounding like your mum, a
balanced diet really is essential for good health.
There are seven building blocks for a healthy
diet, including carbohydrates, proteins, fats,
vitamins , minerals and fibre. Add water to the
mix and you're shaping up nicely! We take
energy from food in the form of kilojoules.
So,  a good diet helps to maintain the body.  Eat healthily.
4. Avoiding smoking: smoking is one big  problem with most world's today.  Most people endangers themselves with lot of substances.  Smoking dangers both the inside and outside of a body.  It's advisable to stay healthy and avoid smoking to live longer and look beautiful.
5. Using moisturizer: Most skin benefits from using moisturizer, but not
all moisturizers are alike. Some moisturizers
contain both emollients and humectants. Facial
moisturizers designed for day use are usually of a
lighter consistency than facial night creams or eye
creams.
So,  it's would be of great help to use skin softer like moisturizers. 
5. Using sunblock all year long.
